Hotel manager wanted 'sexy, blonde girls in mini skirts' to replace older staff
Amia Ismail, 57, claims that he was replaced from a luxury Radisson Edwardian hotel in London with an attractive 28-year old-woman as bosses wanted a new and younger image.
