Super-injunctions: Judges are unelected, out of touch and shockingly arrogant

As the Committee on super-injunctions, chaired by Lord Neuberger (pictured), was composed entirely of judges and lawyers, we should not be surprised its conclusions do little to lift the veil of secrecy from public life.
